What’s Included?

  • Hotel accommodations at AAA Three Diamond-rated hotels or better

    • Choose between single, double, triple, or quad rooms based on how many in your group

    • The hotels we choose are typically within walking distance of the ballparks or in city centers near sights you can visit

    • We take pride in the hotels we select and choose four-star properties or better whenever possible

  • Tickets for each game

    • We don't believe simply getting you into the ballpark is enough. We spend considerable time working with all 30 MLB teams and selecting seats—typically in the lower level near the infield or better—so you can enjoy a great view and a premium game-day experience. We want you to love your seats as much as we do!

  • Transportation between tour cities aboard comfortable motor coaches or passenger vehicles appropriate for the size of the group. Our full-size motor coaches typically include restrooms, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

    • Smaller groups may use a smaller vehicle and customers will be notified.

    • Travel will be during the day only and typically no more than 6–8 hours per travel day

  • Ballpark Tours when available

  • Time to explore and see the sights in the various cities on our trips

  • All costs to any other included features of the tours such as Hall of Fame, group dinners, Field of Dreams

Cancellation Policy

2027 MLB SEASON CONTINGENCY

Major League Baseball and the MLB Players Association are currently negotiating a new collective bargaining agreement ahead of the 2027 season. Because those negotiations could potentially affect the timing or availability of the 2027 MLB schedule, Dream Baseball Tours has established the following policy for customers booked on a 2027 tour.

If labor negotiations result in changes, delays, or cancellation of the MLB schedule that prevent a tour from operating as originally planned, affected customers will have the choice to:

  • Transfer all amounts paid to a revised or rescheduled 2027 Dream Baseball Tours trip;

  • Transfer all amounts paid to a future 2028 Dream Baseball Tours trip; or

  • Request a refund of all amounts paid toward the affected tour.

Dream Baseball Tours will communicate with affected customers regarding available options if changes to the MLB season impact a scheduled tour.

Except for the circumstances specifically covered by this 2027 MLB Season Contingency, Dream Baseball Tours’ standard Terms and Conditions will continue to apply.

Cancellation Policy

For customer cancellations more than 75 or more days before departure, Dream Baseball Tours will provide a refund for any payments made, including the Deposit amount, minus a 5% processing fee.

For cancellations made 45–59 days before the tour start date, payments are refundable minus the deposit and a 5% processing fee. The deposit may be applied toward a future trip during the current or following MLB season. Deposit amount can only be transferred to a new trip one time and cannot be refunded in the future.

For a cancellation inside 45 days before the tour start date, if a replacement is found on the Dream Baseball Tours’ wait list, Dream Baseball Tours may be able to provide a partial credit towards a future tour under these same conditions.

Cancellation of a trip requires written notice to be received at the Dream Baseball Tours office in Plainfield, IL prior to any date specified in the cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy for Tours in other countries

For customer cancellations more than 90 days before departure, Dream Baseball Tours will provide a refund for any payments made, including the Deposit amount, minus a 5% processing fee.

For cancellations made 75-89 days before the tour start date, payments are refundable minus the deposit and a 5% processing fee. The deposit may be applied toward a future trip during the current or following MLB season. Deposit amount can only be transferred to a new trip one time and cannot be refunded in the future.

For a cancellation inside 75 days before the tour start date, if a replacement is found on the Dream Baseball Tours’ wait list, Dream Baseball Tours may be able to provide a partial credit towards a future tour under these same conditions.

Dream Baseball Tours Cancellation

Dream Baseball Tours may cancel a tour at any time. If Dream Baseball Tours cancels a tour, any money paid toward that tour will be refunded to the customer in full no matter the time frame from the tour start. An option may be presented to the customer to move the money paid plus 10% to another planned trip or a future trip.
